Hi. I'm Gina.
I grew up sitting on the basement floor watching my sisters play our Sega Genesis on a 13 inch TV screen. And then I'd wake up before them on weekends to practice Sonic the Hedgehog 2 over and over again. When I beat Pokemon Blue Version for the first time in the middle of the night with a light on my GameBoy, I cried because I was that happy. I got so addicted to World of Warcraft in college that I forgot about homework and studying because I was too involved in farming materials for raid potions.

One of my life goals was to visit a Pokémon Center store in Japan (I've now been to seven). I couldn't decide what Pokémon to tattoo onto my leg so I went with a pokéball and constantly change who I think is inside.

I started this blog because I wanted to share my lifestyle choices that feature games. Whenever I meet new people and they hear I'm a gamer, they usually seem confused if they aren't from a gaming background. Hey, we don't all live in our parents' basement! I play games in my own basement, thank you very much.

But really, I wanted a place where I could collect my thoughts on games and how I include them in my life. On this site you'll find photos from my video game wedding, the crafts I make, jewelry I have, and home decor all featuring games.
